Our Story
“With my whole heart, for my whole life” is the underlying spirit of The Hideaway at Crooked Creek. This axiom is a reminder of the responsibility and efforts necessary to prepare and provide for those who will follow as we pass through life.
A 90 acre timbered landscape with a rundown farmhouse was presented to Greg in 2005. He was not searching for this property, it found him. Influenced in his life, over a half of century, by three amazing individuals from separate worlds and generations, these men melded education, travel, hard labor, sacrifice, generosity and purpose to form the basic philosophy which has now become the driving force behind The Hideaway at Crooked Creek.
It is his distinct pleasure to open the gates to all people from every corner of the world. We celebrate the culture and traditions as well as music and food from around the globe. We are excited to get to know all of our guests and to understand their personal stories while building new friendships.
